Terms of use and sale

These terms apply when you use this website and when you request a quote or installation from Yusra Energy. Each order and installation is also covered by the written quote we send you; if the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

About us and the products we sell

Yusra Energy is a retailer and installer. We do not manufacture the products we sell. Product names, logos and specifications belong to their manufacturers and are shown to identify the products. Specifications are as published by each manufacturer.

Prices, quotes and payment

• Prices on the website are indicative. The price you pay is the one in the written quote we send you, which states how long it is valid.
• Prices can change before a quote is accepted, for example because of exchange rates or supplier prices.
• We do not take payments on this website. Payment terms, including any deposit, are set out in your quote.
• Products shown as in stock can still sell out before your order is confirmed. We will tell you and offer alternatives.

Load Calculator and estimates

The Load Calculator gives estimates based on typical appliance ratings and the information you enter. Actual performance depends on your appliances, usage, weather and the equipment installed. The final system design is confirmed in your quote, usually after a site survey.

Delivery and transport

We deliver across Nigeria using haulage companies. Transport is priced for your location and shown separately in your quote. Delivery times are estimates. Please check goods on delivery and tell us about any damage straight away.

Installation

• We may need to survey your site before confirming the final installation price.
• You are responsible for giving safe access to the site and telling us about anything that affects the work, such as roof condition or existing wiring.
• If the site turns out to need extra work that was not in the quote, we will agree it with you before doing it.

Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. We will handle warranty claims with the manufacturer for you. When we install a system, our workmanship is covered by a Yusra Energy installation warranty; its length and terms are stated in your quote. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, or connecting loads beyond the system's rating.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
